The bouquet is yeast-driven, also showing a
slight cooked note, hints of straw and citrus, asparagus water. On the palate, the
wine has good harmony: sweetness and acidity complement each other, with the sweetness maintaining a slight prominence; the carbonation is quite finely distributed and still provides a nice, juicy freshness. Good length.
In terms of complexity and quality, this Grüner Veltliner Premium is a huge step forward compared to previous standard non-alcoholic wines. Such a rounded and consummate wine experience that you completely forget it’s non-alcoholic. If someone served me this wine, I would actually think it contained alcohol. Perfect depth – delicious.
