The bouquet is yeast-driven, also showing a
slight cooked note, hints of straw and citrus, asparagus water. On the palate, the
wine has good harmony: sweetness and acidity are well-balanced, with the sweetness maintaining a slight prominence; the carbonation is quite finely integrated and still provides a lovely juicy freshness. Good length.

This premium Grüner Veltliner is a huge step forward in terms of complexity and quality compared to previous standard non-alcoholic wines. Such a round and consummate wine experience that you completely forget it is non-alcoholic. If someone served me this wine, I would actually think it contained alcohol. Perfect depth – delicious.
