Pressed from Austrian Blaufränkisch grapes and vinified as a rosé. Subsequently gently dealcoholized using state-of-the-art vacuum distillation and turned into sparkling wine.
Raspberry, red currant and a hint of rosehip define this non-alcoholic rosé sparkling wine. The perlage is lively, the mouthfeel soft, harmonious and refreshing all at once.
Pairs wonderfully with watermelon-feta salad with mint or grilled bell peppers with bulgur, yogurt and herbs.
